During one of the most difficult times in his life, God birthed "Smiling in Public While Crying in Private: The Many Faces of Life". Through the writing of this book, Clifford was able to receive his breakthrough while standing on Isaiah 41:10-13. His most recent book, "Unleveled Ground: Surviving Relationships," will help bring perspective back to the intent of all relationships. Clifford is proud to feature his wife, Christina, as the guest author of a chapter in Unleveled Ground dealing with the importance of finances in relationships.

Today, Clifford and his wife, Christina are leaders of Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University.

Clifford accepted Christ at the age of 9 and continues to be a faithful follower. In addition to being a husband, he is also the father of three children and grandfather of two.
